Maintenance dock for the Boeing MD-11 at Göteborg Airport, Sweden

In order to access the key areas of the engines of an MD-11 for maintenance, various items of lifting gear, scaffolds, and ladders used to had to be set up, which was time- consuming and very costly. We developed a maintenance dock inclusive of access and maintenance platform for manpower, machines, and tools.

It is light, extra-safe, and designed for easy repositioning by two persons. The investment pays off. Today our customer no longer has to carry out any preliminary work, maintenance itself takes much less time, and the aircraft is back in the air sooner. Incidentally, we also supply our maintenance dock on request with electrical or manual height adjustment.
